Frances (Benton) Rackley

Fran Rackley passed away on February 27, 2022. She was born on October 10, 1958 to J. B. and Grace Benton. Fran sang in her high school choir and was a member of the swim team where she won the bronze medal for the butterfly in the Junior Olympics. She unconditionally loved everyone and would help anyone in need. Fran was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who adored her family. She was a godly woman and will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her father, J.B. Benton Jr. She is survived by her mother, Grace Benton, her loving husband of 33 years Christopher Rackley, her son; Michael Charles (Jocelyn) Roper, her daughter, Crystal Marie Roper, sister, Barbara Benton (William) King, Uncles, James Dorsey and Roger Dorsey, grandchildren, Beck Pawlowski, Hannah Pawlowski, Alexis Roper, nieces and nephews, Will King and Katie King.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm. Funeral Services for Mrs. Rackley will follow at 2:00pm with Reverend Don Rackley and Reverend Lamar Rackley officiating. Interment will be held at Hinson Cemetery on March 3, 2022 with family serving as pallbearers.
