Federico "Fred" Quintero Gutierrez

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Federico "Fred" Quintero Gutierrez, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who departed this life on August 26, 2026, at the age of 60. He was born on May 10, 1966, in Mexico City, Mexico, to the late Ramon Quintero-Garcia and Isaura Gutierrez-Rosiles.

Fred was known for his outgoing personality and infectious laughter. He was a prankster who delighted in bringing joy to those around him. A skilled mechanic, he possessed an unparalleled ability to make anything run. His passion for his trade was matched only by his deep faith and commitment to his church community at Iglesia Cristiana Cristo Vive.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Esther Montoya-Tinoco, and their three sons: Oscar, Jonathan, and Jesus Quintero. He also cherished his grandchildren, Maricela, Jesus, Jr., and Jimena Quintero; eight siblings and a host of nieces and nephews.

His strength during a three-year battle with pancreatic cancer was an inspiration to his family and friends, and he was deeply grateful for the support he received throughout his treatments.

Visitation will take place at Clark Funeral Home on August 29, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The funeral service will then occur at the Sam Clark Chapel on August 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, followed by interment at Sweetwater Memorial Park.

Fred will be laid to rest, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering faith in God. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him deeply.
