Eleanor W Couch

Eleanor W. "MawMaw" Couch, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, at the age of 76. She was born on September 4, 1950, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late James and Mary Brewer.

Eleanor was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and great-grandmother whose laughter, kindness, and loving spirit brought joy to those around her. She had a special way of making people feel welcome and loved, and her presence could light up any room. Above all, Eleanor treasured her family, and the love she shared with them will remain a lasting part of their lives.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Couch; her son, Thomas Mccard; her grandson, Thomas J. Mccard Jr.; and her son-in-law, Clay Haney.

Eleanor leaves behind her daughter, Rebecca Haney; her son, Scott Mccard of Magnolia, Texas; her brothers, Ed Brewer and Richard Brewer; her sisters, Joyce Bundrum, Susan Rogero, and Judy Vinson; and her cherished grandchildren, Alora, Brittaney, Chelsea, Nick, Paige, Destiny, Brooke, Arianna, Ansley, Jaxon, and Oakleigh. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Emerlyn, Parker, Dakota, Brailey, Greyson, Carson, Willow, Harper, Nevada, Ceraya, Micah, and Kylie; her great-great-grandchild, Isiah; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens in Mableton, Georgia.

Eleanor's memory will live on through the family she loved so dearly and the many lives she touched along the way. Though she will be deeply missed, the love, laughter, and memories she leaves behind will be cherished forever.
