Dorothy Callahan

Dorothy Patterson Callahan, age 77, of Carrollton, GA, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2009. She was born, June 5, 1932, in Cumming, GA, to the late Clifford & Lola Patterson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, D. T. Callahan. Mrs. Callahan was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law, Major & Cressia Callahan of Mableton, David Callahan of Carrollton, Phillip & Pam Callahan of Dallas, and Anthony & Sharon Callahan of Dallas; daughter & son-in-law, Melissa & Metz Allen of Carrollton; brothers & sister-in-law, J. B. & Gladys Patterson of Carrollton and William Patterson of Dallas; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 20, 2009, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Tommy Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
