Deborah's memory will forever be cherished by her surviving relatives, including her uncle, Jack Garrison, and cousins, Jack Garrison Jr., Rick Garrison, Gaye Lee Jones, Patricia Garrison, Diane Wray, and Nancy Hagerty.  She is also survived by her dear friends, Mike and Angela Conley, Jake and Erica Tukua, Jody Dunn, Mimi DeArman Outlaw, Michael Hart, and Tia Hart who provided spiritual support. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Cheryl, and her loving husband, Gordon Gowder.

In accordance with Debbie's wishes, she will be cremated and will be scattered at sea alongside her husband, Gordon.
