Deborah Susan Cook, age 64, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016. She was born on June 12, 1951, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Romer Lewis & Hazel Maggie Wiley, and was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Long. Ms. Cook was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors include sons, Terry Shore of Kennesaw, GA, and Anthony Cook of Princeton, KY; brothers, Ralph Lewis & Christine Wiley of Douglasville, GA, and Romer Wayne & Lila Ann Wiley of Douglasville, GA; sister, Pat & Emmitt Johnson of Hiram, GA; grandchildren, Brentlin Shores, Erianna Shoes, and Paisley Cook.
In honor of Ms. Cook’s wishes, her body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
