Clinton Smith

July 22, 1946 — May 5, 2021

Clinton Smith, age 74, of Dallas, GA went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. He was born on July 22, 1946 to his late parents, John Smith and Ossie Mae. Mr. Smith was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and worked as a custodian at Paulding County Board of Education. He was known as easy-going and loved to watch westerns.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Maxine Roberts; daughters, Tiffany Barnes and Shimek Lester; sisters, Christine Moore, Bertha Mae, and Hattie Clay; brothers, Otis Jackson, Willy Howard, James Smith, Donny Smith, and Willie Smith; along with many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mr. Smith will be at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Rev. Johnny E. McBurrows officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who may be unable to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 concerns or state restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the family and the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing be practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mr. Smith safe.
