Charles Marvin Vittur, age 78 of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital. He was self-employed at C & J Auto as a Car Dealer for 48 years and a member of New Canaan Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mary Vittur; daughter, Cynthia Vittur; grandson, Joey Jones and brothers; Walter Vittur, Jimmy Vittur and Wilson Vittur.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Bonnie Jean Vittur of Dallas, GA; sons, Johnny (Leslie) Vittur of Powder Springs, GA and Charles (Angie) Vittur of McDonough, GA; daughter, Rene (Jimmy) Shrum of Rockmart, GA; brother, Jay (Cathy) Kirby of Blairsville, GA; grandchildren, Tonya Marie Vittur, Matthew John Vittur and Chloe Vittur; great grandchildren, Cayla and Alyssa Jones.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. James H. Cook, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 4:00p.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
