Charles Lee passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022. He was born on November 2, 1950, the Son of the late Claude and Fannie Lingerfelt Lee in Dallas, GA. Charles married, his wife, Joanne on March 27th, 1987. He retired from construction working at Plateau. Charles was a lifelong fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and loved NASCAR. Charles loved his family very deeply and enjoyed spending time with his family any way he could. His family always came first.

In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by his brothers; Bud Lee, Dean Lee, Gene (Barbara Ann) Lee, and Bill Lee. His sisters; Louise Handley, Lila Mae Thompson, Rosenell Ingram, Bessie Ann Reeves, and Edna Ruth. His son, Shane Conway. He is survived by his wife, Joanne Lee; his sons, Charles Michael Lee of Douglasville, GA, Scott (Lorie) Wayne Lee of Douglasville, GA, Steven Paige Lee of North Carolina, Jason Eric Lee of North Carolina, Tony Lynn (Crissy) Brookshire of Acworth, GA, Ronnie Wesley (Jennifer) Conway of Temple, GA, and Bryan Kevin (Jessica) Conway of Dallas, GA; his daughter in law, Christy Conway (Shane Conway) of Acworth, GA; His brother, Bobby Dean (Cindy) Lee of Rockmart, GA; his sister, Linda Marie (Roy) McBrayer of Kennesaw, GA; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 15th from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The service follows immediately after at Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Marbut officiating.
