Catherine Leila (Colston) Malone

Catherine Leila Malone passed away March 14, 2022. She was born on April 2, 1933 to the late Troy and Buena Colston. Catherine was an incredible mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved taking care of her family, making sure they were fed and had everything they could ever need. She loved flowers and fishing and could out fish her late husband, Bill, any day. Catherine was and will continue to be very loved and dearly missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill Malone, and her sister, Annie Ruth McDaniel. Catherine is survived by her daughter, Ellen (Rex) Williams; her brother, Jack Colston; grandchildren, Catie (Jon) Shultz, Avery (Samantha) Williams, Anna (Brandon) Brinson, great-grandchildren, Peyton Shultz and Christopher Shultz.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Malone will be held at Mt. Tabor Church Cemetery on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 5:00pm with Jon Shultz giving a prayer. Serving as pallbearers will be Avery Williams, Rex Williams, Jon Shultz, Brandon Brinson, Blake Sims, and Sam Clark.
