Mr. Carl Spurgeon, age 67, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2015. He was born on April 7, 1947 in Knoxville, TN, to the late Clayton & Katherine Spurgeon.
Survivors include sons, Jeremy Spurgeon of Dallas, GA, Steven Spurgeon of Dallas, GA, Michael Spurgeon of Dallas, GA; brothers, Richard Spurgeon of Stockbridge, GA, James Spurgeon of Stockbridge, GA, Ronnie Spurgeon of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Tracy Spurgeon, Brantley Spurgeon, Landon Spurgeon; great grandchild, Caitlyn Spurgeon; many nieces & nephews.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM, with Lawrence Heath officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home before the service from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
