Carl Eugene Smith

Mr. Carl Eugene Smith, 87, of Dallas, GA passed away at Rockmart Health & Rehabilitation Center in Rockmart, GA on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly J. Smith and his son, Scott Smith. Mr. Smith is survived by his son, Mark (Edith) Smith of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren Christy Smith of Dallas, GA, Jason Smith of Douglasville, GA, and Taylor Smith of Dallas, GA; as well as two great-grandchildren, Shelby Smith and Nolen Smith.

Mr. Smith was of the Christian faith (Baptist). A United States Army Veteran, he worked for Lockheed for more than 32 years.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Peaceful Meadows Cemetery, Dallas, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 1, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
