Betty Raye Benedict

Betty Raye Benedict, age 62, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018. She was born on January 1, 1956, in Powder Springs, GA, to the late Joseph & Mattie Worsham, and was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Hill; and brothers, Jack Worsham, Billy Worsham and Joseph “Buck” Worsham. Ms. Benedict was a member of Bethany Christian Church.

Survivors include daughters, Brittany & Joe Horne of Hiram, GA, and Lindy George & Jason West of Dallas, GA; sister, Barbara Yother of Bremen, GA; grandchildren, Justin Massy, Haley Miller, Alexis Benedict, Joseph Bryden Ruff, Jesslyn West and Shaelyn West; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 3 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Wayne Strickland officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 6, 2018, from 11 AM until 3 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clark Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
