Bernise Ann Garland

Bernise Garland passed away on July 17, 2022. She was born on January 7th, 1942, to the late General and Beulah Garland in Cartersville, Georgia. She worked as a care giver for over fifteen years and was an incredibly hard worker. Bernise was a devoted and loving mother to her son Greg and daughters Felicia, Cindy, and Cheryl. Bernise loved cooking for her family, flowers, and the Atlanta Braves. Bernise will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Bernise is preceded in death by her parents General and Beulah Garland. Bernise is survived by her loving children, Greg (Dallas) Stanley, Felicia (Tim) Baker, Cindy (Joey) Novis, and Cheryl (Larry) Holland. Bernise was a loving grandmother to eight grandchildren and great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank her "adopted" family at Wellstar Paulding Nursing Home who cared for and loved Bernise for the past eight years.
The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, July 22, 2022, from 10:00 am until 12pm. Funeral Services for Ms. Garland will be held at Clark Funeral Home Chapel on Friday 22, 2022 at 12pm. Interment will follow at Faith Tabernacle, in Rydal Georgia.
