Anthony Crowley

June 1, 1954 — June 14, 2024

Anthony "Andy" Crowley, also known as "Tiny", passed away on June 14, 2024. He was born on June 1, 1954 to the late Clarence Edward and Martha Alice Crowley in Austell, Georgia. Andy worked as a diesel and heavy equipment mechanic for over 50 years. Prior to retiring, he worked for the Cobb County Fleet for 27 years. He also served as a devoted volunteer firefighter for Paulding County for over 20 years. Andy loved serving others and had a servants heart. He was an extremely hard worker and who could always be counted on.

Andy married his sweetheart, Murlene, on May 31, 1981 and together they shared 43 years. Andy was the best man. He deeply loved his family as much as they loved him. He was known for making the best breakfast, especially pancakes. Although Andy didn't have children of his own, he was a father figure to his many nieces and nephews. He was a fur-parent to many animals and he cherished each one.

Andy was a simple man but a dedicated family man who was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.

Andy is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Edward Crowley and Martha Alice Crowley; his brothers, Chyril Edward Crowley and Thomas Benjamin Crowley; sister, Linda Alice Ray; nieces, Misty Conley and Sarah Elizabeth Conley; and his beloved Pug, Stinker.
