Annette Gamel

Annette Gamel, 86, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away July 18, 2023.

She was born June 18, 1937, in Dallas, Georgia to Fred and Helen Matthews.

Annette was a proud Granny/Gigi. She loved her family and loved to travel.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Gamel and her parents, Fred and Helen Matthews.

She lovingly survived by her daughter, Leigh Ann Cantrell (Ricky), her son, Joey Gamel (Shelia), She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Mandy Wilcher (Richard), Nicholas Cantrell (Annberly), Brittany Gamel, her five great grandchildren, Reagan Cantrell, McKinley Cantrell, Victoria Cantrell, Emma Wilcher, and Jaidan Wilcher, as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Clark Funeral Home. A service for Annette will be Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 12:00pm in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Toby Stephens officiating. Annette will be laid to rest in a separate service at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
