Robert Edward Hooks, age 89, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017. He was born on June 22, 1927, to the late Fred & Annie Hooks, and was preceded in death by his sister, Katherine Gainous, and brother, Marion Hooks. Mr. Hooks was an antique dealer for over 40 years and was of Baptist Faith.
Survivors include nieces, Renee & Keith Mitchell of Hiram, GA, and Fredaleen Camp of Odenville, AL.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 2 PM, from Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Neil Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Levi Christian, Colby Christian, Buck Christian, Keith Mitchell, Ryan Smallwood and Ronnie Camp will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, from 11 AM until 2 PM.
