Laverne McBee Estep, age 77, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Tranquility at Cobb. She was born on February 3, 1942 in Dallas, GA, to her late parents; William Tom Anderson McBee and Ruby Alice McBee. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of West Ridge Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arthur Emory Estep, Sr. and her son, Arthur Estep Jr.
Survivors include her daughters; Sherry and Gene Pace of Dallas, GA, Sheila and Junior McAfee of Phenix City, AL, Shelly and Dennis McCoy of Dallas, GA, Stephanie and Lee Hurley of Dallas, GA, sisters; Judy and Bobby Taylor of Dallas, GA, Martha Hall of Dallas, GA, Sandra Robinson of Dallas, GA, grandchildren; Jamie and Jennifer Estep, Brandon Estep, Michael and Crystal Pace, Chelsea and Jim Davis, Evie Harrison, Natasha Steelman, Alicia and Aaron Cook, Justin and Hannah Lewis, Hayden and Katie Hurley, Dalton McCoy, 21 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her special friend, Floyd Benson.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Estep will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM. with Rev. Shaun Griffith officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers; Kevin Whitley, Kevin Hall, Eddie Windsor, Shane Robinson, Josh Davis and Josh Harkins. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
