Kirk Lee Sanders

Kirk Lee Sanders, age 52, of Byhalia, MS, formally of Marietta, GA, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019. He was born on February 13, 1967 in Marietta, GA. Mr. Sanders worked in the food service industry and was Baptist by faith. He greatly enjoyed Nascar Racing, 80’s music, muscle cars of all types, cooking and his ‘must have’ coffee, as well as anything and everything to do with Star Wars and Star Trek. Kirk loved his family and friends dearly and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Lee Sanders.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Marie and Richard Vollrath of Hiram, GA, sister, Kristi and Mike Cobb of Hiram, GA, brother, Tim and Suzanne Cotton of Temple, GA, and his nieces and nephews; Gabriel and Hannah, Kendall, Kaitlin, Natalie, and Kane, as well as many cousins.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Sanders will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Hood officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 2:00 PM until the service begins at 3:00 PM.
