Kaytlyn Savanah Henderson, age 17, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital. She was born on March 15, 2002 in Riverdale, GA, to her loving parents; Christopher Rogers and Rhonda Henderson. Kaytlyn was an 11th grade student at North Paulding High School and attended Acworth United Methodist Church. She loved musicals and theatre, her absolute favorite was Hamilton. Some of her favorite hobbies were drawing and taking pictures. She also loved being a member of the Astronomy Club at her school. Kaytlyn loved her family and friends dearly and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her loving mother, Rhonda Henderson Reynolds and her husband, Gordon of Dallas, GA, father, Christopher Rogers and his wife, Robin of Covington, GA, brothers; Ethan Rogers of Dallas, GA, Logan Rogers of Dallas, GA, step brother, Tyler Maresca of Covington, GA, step sisters; Haley Reynolds of Dallas, GA, step brother, Glenn Reynolds of Dallas, GA, grandparents; Ann and Antonio Acevedo of Forest Park, GA, Michael Rogers of Morrow, GA, aunts and uncles; Jodi Samsa of Chicago, IL, Heather and Richard Brzezicki of Lagrange, GA, Rachel and Greg Toma of New York, N.Y., Wayne Rogers of Morrow, GA, and Amy Rogers of Forest Park, GA.
A Memorial service for Miss Kaytlyn will be held at Acworth United Methodist Church on January 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The Family will receive friends at the Acworth United Methodist Church on January 18, 2020 from 11:00 AM until the service hour at 1:00 PM. Rev. James R. Gwin and Rev. Miki Chastain will be officiating the service.
