Joyce Ann Winters

Joyce Winters, age 75, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018. She was born on September 4, 1943, in Cartersville, GA, to the late Harold & Abis Annie Lee, and was preceded in death by her daughter, LeAnne Dobson. Mrs. Winters worked at Paulding County Board of Education for over 15 years and was a member of Yorkville Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, John T. Winters of Dallas, GA; son John Christopher Winters of Rockmart, GA; brother, Gerald Lee of Cedartown, GA; grandchildren, Robbie & Kayla Sweat, Heather & Dustin Brock, Eric & Kimberly Sweat, and T.C. & Kathleen Winters; great-grandchildren, Chasity, Brantley, Taylor, Arabella, Claire, Noah, Gavin, Zoe, Jordyn, Aria and Savannah.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at 2 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Thomas Cole and Reverend Jeremy Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in Beulahland Baptist Church Cemetery. Robbie Sweat, Eric Sweat, T.C. Winters, Dusty Brock, Jerry Hayes and Jerry Bullock will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, from 5 PM until 8 PM.
