Donald Eugene Scoggins

Donald E. Scoggins, age 76, of Dallas, GA, passed peacefully at his home on October 26, 2019. Mr. Scoggins was born on April 15,1943 in Atlanta, GA, to the late Lee Scoggins and the late Pauline Fowler Scoggins. Donald was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to many. He supported his family for over 40 years as a heavy equipment operator and attended Beulah Land Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Wayne Scoggins, Jimmy Scoggins, Mike Scoggins, and Charles Scoggins, as well as his sister Doris Mehaffey.

Survivors include his wife of over 56 years, Norma Scoggins; son, Randy (Rebecca) Scoggins of Powder Springs, GA; daughters, Paula (William) Pace of Dallas, GA, Cheryl (Scotty) Wood of Calhoun, GA, and Donna McCullough of Virginia Beach, VA; brothers, Ray (Vicki) Scoggins of Florida, Gary (Patty) Scoggins of Stockbridge, GA, and Danny Scoggins(Deborah Hannah) of Dallas, GA; sister, Brenda Streetman of Villa Rica; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Scoggins will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
