Wayne A Tibbitts

Wayne A. Tibbitts, age 68 of Dallas, GA passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Wesley Rakestraw. He was a lifelong resident of Paulding County and local land developer and builder.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Russ and Angie Tibbitts of Dallas, GA; fiancé of 15 years, Leslie Smith of Hiram, GA; mother and father, Joe and Ann Tibbitts of Dallas, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Karen and Lee Proctor of Dallas, GA, Sharon and Dean Morgan of Rockmart, GA, Sherry and Wayne Barber of Dallas, GA, Sevelda and Buster Crumpton of Athens, GA; grandchildren, Devyn and Jordan Brackett and Reagan Tibbitts all of Dallas, GA; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Todd Tibbitts officiating.  Interment will follow in the Narroway Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Sunday evening, February 25, 2018 between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The following gentlemen are asked to serve as pallbearers; Jake Bruce, Jordan Brackett, George Crider, Keith Butler, Brad Butler, Chris Corley, Wil Rakestraw and Jason Waddell.
