Misty Michelle Gianopoulos

Misty Michelle Gianopoulos, age 52, of Moreland, GA, passed away on April 23, 2018. She was born on December 2, 1965, in Austell, GA, to the late Emmett C. & Annette Proctor, and was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Hamby.  Ms. Gianopoulos retired from Cobb County School System as a bus driver where she worked for over 20 years and was a member of Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, in Marietta, GA.

Survivors include children, Mathew & Fatima Gianopoulos of Dallas, GA, Bobby & Misty Presley of Hiram, GA, and Nikole Gianopoulos of Moreland, GA; sisters, Kathy & John Tidmore of Austell, GA, and Linda & Carlos Smith of Austell, GA; grandchildren, Dylan Presley, Josh Presley, Madison Presley, John Presley, Jace Presley and Andre Gianopoulos; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 10 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Jerry Favor officiating. A second service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 12 PM, from Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church in Marietta, GA, with Father Panagiotis officiating. Interment will follow in Mozley Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, from 5 PM until 9 PM.
